to the Oceana Treatise Trademark Practice and Forms (Dobbs Ferry, New York:
Oceana Publications, a Division of Oxford University Press, 1998-present), edited by
N. Stephan Kinsella (email).
We are seeking contributors for chapters for the countries listed below, as well as
any other countries not already covered. The contributors are needed either to prepare a new
chapter or to revise a previously-published chapter.
Chapter contributors will have their name, affiliation, and contact information
prominently displayed on the front cover of the chapter (sample chapter covers).
This contact information will also be provided, along with a contributor bio, in the
CONTRIBUTOR DIRECTORY section of the treatise.
Please contact me if you are interested in preparing or revising a chapter.
Contributor Guidelines and Related Information
The following guidelines and information should be followed by contributors in preparing a chapter on the trademark
practice and forms for a particular country. In addition, previously published chapters (see sample/specimen chapter below) should be
consulted for examples.
