Information for Current and Prospective Contributors

This page contains Contributor Guidelines, a sample chapter, and other information for current and prospective contributors to the Oceana treatise Digest of Commercial Laws of the World (Dobbs Ferry, New York: Oceana Publications, a Division of Oxford University Press, 1998-present), edited by Stephan Kinsella (email) and Paul E. Comeaux.

We are seeking contributors for chapters (including both Digest and Forms sections) for the countries listed below, as well as any other countries not already covered. In a few cases (see below), we also need to find a new contributor to revise a previously-published digest, or to prepare a forms section to accompany an already-published digest section. Chapter contributors will have their name, affiliation, and contact information prominently displayed on the front cover of the chapter (sample chapter covers). This contact information will also be provided, along with a contributor bio, in the CONTRIBUTOR DIRECTORY section of the treatise.

Please contact me if you are interested in preparing a chapter. Further information is provided below.
